A warm welcome to our new Executive Chef, Jack Delby, CEC! An Award winning chef with 35+ years in culinary arts working for Hyatt Hotels at the Park Hyatt Chicago and Hyatt Lodge. His accolades span from winning numerous medals in culinary completion to holding the honor of being awarded ACF Chicago Chef of the Year, ACF Central Region Chef of the Year, Marriott Hotels ACE Chef of the Year, and Renaissance Hotels Chef of the Year.  We look forward to adding his culinary excellence and leadership to an already great team at the Club!
At IGC, we commit ourselves on providing the best possible dining experience in the area! Whether it be a party for 300 people or a casual dinner after a round of golf, the IGC Culinary Team seeks to provide excellent service for all of our members and their guests.
